One of the most important prerequisites for this project was based on the need to comply with strict budget plan, but the challenge would be while designing a residential building, with clean lines, framed with its surroundings but becoming itself an structuring element and shaping the landscape itself. With the promotion of the project, it became a reality the last premise that would not only meet the needs of housing demand but also establish a conection between the commercial and leisure, for local dynamics.
